- ▸Lead a development team of 10 engineers and a couple of interns.
- ▸Handle DevOps operations for all development projects including apps rollout to play store and app stores.
- ▸Develop/Update and enforce AGIL and SCRUM software development life-cycle — from initial requirements gathering to stakeholder meetings to developments phase to rollout/pilot to maintenance phase.
- ▸Guide the redevelopment of IGIS webapp — improving UI/UX, layouts, and public/organizations accessibility to contribute and access verified public datasets.
- ▸Contributed to and guide the development of Sierra Leone Assets Declaration system built for the Anti-Corruption Commission to streamline and simplify asset declaration by citizens.
- ▸Guiding and contributing to the development of RAMS (Road Assets Management System) that modernizes how road infrastructure data is collected, managed, and analyzed.
- ▸Lead the development of the EDSA issues reporting WhatsApp bot and admin management of reported issues to modernize the reporting and management of electricity-related faults and service disruptions.
- ▸Guiding and contributing to the development of RAIC (Right to Access Information Commission), a robust, secure, and fully automated digital platform that streamlines the entire access-to-information lifecycle.
- ▸Contributing and overseeing the development of the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) portal — a system to regulate and ensure that all health professionals meet the highest standards of practice.
